Adjustment Interval

The time between interest rate adjustments of an adjustable rate mortgage (ARM).

The time between interest rate adjustments of an adjustable rate mortgage (ARM). This is disclosed in the loan documents. It’s often also indicated by the name of the ARM – for example, a 3/1 ARM has an introductory rate in effect for the first three years, and its rate may reset every year thereafter.
